Unification of Distributed Systems
Powered by May

Build. Run. Own.

Your infrastructure. Your control.

Unify the systems you have. Run your operation from one place. Add May when you need it.

What we actually do.No platform to buy, no cloud to rent. A team that builds it, runs it, and leaves you owning it.

  1. We build it.We bring the systems you already run onto one managed platform, on hardware you control, designed, deployed, and documented as code.
  2. May runs it.Our managed AI operations layer watches security, services, and backups around the clock and briefs your team in plain language.
  3. You own it.Your hardware, your data, your models. Nothing is shared, nothing leaves, and nothing acts without your permission.
The SoFlux IT model

The cloud is a rental. We build you a home.

A clear path from foundation to long-term value.

1

The PlumbingBedrock platform

Bedrock: a self-hosted platform built on the hardware you already run. Your systems brought together, secured, monitored, and documented as code.

  • Your systems, unified
  • Secured and monitored from day one
  • Infrastructure as code
  • Handover with confidence
Horizon 1/Build

Get the foundation in place.
Built right, documented, and yours.

2

The GuardiansModular AI Ops

May runs it: security triage, automation, and monitoring, switched on one capability at a time.

  • Security triage & threat judgement
  • Automation & self-healing
  • Monitoring & resilience
  • As-needed, modular upgrades
Horizon 2/Run

Add the May components.
Where the platform pays you back.

3

The EcosystemThe partnership phase

As you grow, we add services and integrations around what you already own.

  • Strategic expansion
  • New services & integrations
  • Long-term partnership
  • Your growth funds what's next
Horizon 3/Own

From client to partner.
Build what's next, together.

Managed AI Ops

Meet May. Your AI operations team, on your hardware.

May is the managed AI layer we run on your Bedrock platform. It watches, explains, and acts, only inside the permissions you set. Switch on one capability or all four. Every finding lands on the same console your team already reads.

Security triage

Reads what your edge sees, judges every event against your rules first, and surfaces only the handful a person should look at.

Service & backup watch

Tracks services, backups, and configuration drift. Clears its own alarms when conditions recover, so nobody gets paged for noise.

Plain-language briefings

Every few hours: what changed, what's escalated, what to look at first. Ask it a question and it answers from live state, not a guess.

Private inference

The models behind May run on your hardware. Prompts, logs, and findings never leave your network, and never train anyone's model.

How May works

  • Reads before it speaks. Every statement cites a live source and its age.
  • Rules before models. Deterministic policy decides first; the model handles judgement calls.
  • Scoped permissions. Anything outside the agreed list waits for a human.

What May never does

  • Take an action you haven't pre-approved.
  • Send your data to a third-party model or service.
  • Hide a failure. If something can't be measured, May says so instead of showing green.

Sovereignty > Scale

We don't compete on price. We compete on control. You get a private, dedicated, secure environment, not a shared utility.

Architect, Not Janitor

We manage the fortress (Bedrock and May), not the furniture: desktop apps and legacy software.

If it's a Windows app, it's a consulting fee.

The Catastrophe Hedge

Centralized AI is a single point of failure. SoFlux IT is the distributed alternative: your models, on your hardware, up when the big providers aren't.

Start with a watch, not a takeover. Most teams turn on briefings and security triage first, then add hands where May has earned trust.

Straight answers

What people ask before they sign.

What is Bedrock built on?

Built on open-source Kubernetes. Bedrock is our hardened, managed build of it: secured, monitored, and documented as code, so you get the industry-standard platform without having to staff for it.

Do we need in-house platform engineers?

No. Most clients don't have them. Horizon 1 is us designing and building Bedrock, moving the right workloads onto it, and handing it over documented.

Do we have to buy new hardware?

Not necessarily. We assess what you run and design around it. If new hardware makes sense, our advice is vendor-neutral and you buy directly from your supplier. We don't resell hardware.

Is May required?

No. Bedrock stands on its own. May is a modular managed-AI layer you add one capability at a time, when there's a real business reason.

Where does our data live?

On your systems. May's models run on hardware you control, and nothing is sent to third-party AI services or used for training.

What about our Windows apps and legacy software?

We connect and monitor them where it makes sense, but we don't run day-to-day desktop support. That work is scoped separately as consulting.

What do we pay SoFlux IT for?

Architecture, deployment, and ongoing managed operations. Scope and cost are set around your environment.
